Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an office environment preferred.
• English fluently required; ability to read and speak.
• Knowledge of the greater St. Louis area and towing basics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to multiple main lines and direct callers to impound & equipment.
• Collect information to set up tow requests and use maps to identify pickup/destination.
• Create calls in Towbook and enter details, charges, and addresses.
• Communicate with customers and dispatcher to confirm availability and ETA.
• Work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
