Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, explain repairs, schedule repairs.
• Support Service Manager and Technicians with daily needs.
• Prepare invoices, open repair orders, reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Google Sheets, Excel, and Word.
• Determine status of customer accounts and payment needs prior to scheduling work.
• Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
• Obtain authorization for all payments and process various payment types.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems manually or using a computer.
• Estimate, schedule and invoice repairs and coordinate road call requirements.
