Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional in a NAPA Auto Parts Store to help customers with parts needs and answer queries. You will share knowledge about parts features, benefits and warranties while operating a cash register and supporting store operations.

Join a fast-paced retail team, maintain professional standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes. Prior experience with heavy-duty cataloging or inventory systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty parts is preferred.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail setting.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts cataloging or inventory systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS

• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
