Job summary

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. This role provides service to customers by phone or in person through sales of heavy-duty parts to meet identified needs and ensure profitable FleetPride operations.

Duties include locating and obtaining ordered parts from the central warehouse or branch, setting prices per policy, handling warranties and credits, and maintaining clean display areas to stimulate sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn product catalog and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find heavy-duty parts by phone or in person.
• Locate requested parts from central warehouse or branch.
