Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows XP with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong listening, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedures.
• Process approved credits for customer returns.
• Provide catalogs and answer questions about products, prices and availability.
