Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to serve customers in our fast-paced retail environment. You’ll assist truck owners with heavy-duty parts questions, share knowledge, and help teammates while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities include supporting catalog and warranty information, operating a cash register, and contributing to store processes to keep service efficient. Valid driver’s license is preferred for delivery assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty parts in a retail setting.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS.
• Passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Knowledge of cataloging/inventory systems is a PLUS.
