NAPA is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to assist customers with their heavy-duty parts questions and needs, sharing knowledge about features, benefits and warranties. You will operate the cash register and navigate computer and paper catalogs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role values passion for customer care, excellent verbal and written communication, and a willingness to train and learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge/Experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn
• Ability to thrive in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs.
• Share knowledge about heavy-duty part features, benefits, and warranty info.
