Job summary

Hill International Trucks in Canton, OH is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative (B2B) to grow market share by building long-term relationships with prospective accounts and our loyal customer base. The role offers $70-100k+ potential with uncapped commissions and a Mon-Fri schedule in the Canton area.

Key duties include frequent field visits, prospecting for new customers, coordinating parts orders with local partners, and updating customer records.

Qualifications

• Heavy-duty truck parts knowledge preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior B2B experience preferred.
• Ability to close sales with all levels of customers (fleet executives to owner-operators).
• Ability to uncover customer needs and timeline and match with product benefits.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience using a CRM system (ACT).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers frequently in the Canton area.
• Prospect for new customers and grow market share.
• Communicate parts orders and customer needs to local partners.
• Follow up on orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Update customer records as needed.
• Attend training seminars when possible.
• Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
