Job summary

Hill International Trucks in Canton, OH is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive B2B heavy-duty parts sales by building relationships with new prospects and our existing customers. This in-field role offers uncapped commission and generous benefits.

The position includes base salary plus commission, 401K with company match, PTO, health benefits, and a company car. Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-field visits, and local travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to close sales with all levels of customers.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned book of business regularly.
• Prospect for new customers and grow market share.
• Communicate parts orders and customer needs to local partners.
• Follow up on orders and update customer records accurately.
• Attend training seminars when possible and act as a PR liaison.
