Job summary

Hill International Trucks in Canton, OH is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative (B2B) to grow market share by developing long-term relationships with new accounts and our established customer base.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with 401K, PTO, and health benefits. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, in-field daily, requires knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and 2+ years B2B experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior B2B experience is preferred.
• Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to owner-operators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequent visits to an assigned book of business.
• Prospecting for new customers.
• Communicating parts orders and customer needs to local partners.
• Following up on parts orders to ensure satisfactory service.
• Updating customer records and attending training seminars.
• Acting as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
