Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Prior experience in heavy mechanical or electrical assembly, manufacturing, or power equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools, cranes, and powered industrial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformers per blueprints and specifications, ensuring exact alignment and fit.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move components and assemblies.
• Install internal and external components, conduct prep for testing and shipment.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and train new operators.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.
