Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and support multiple processes across a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 25 manufacturing employees to achieve production, quality, safety, and company objectives.
• Assign and coordinate daily work activities, interpret assembly drawings, machine setups, and resolve complex production challenges.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure Zero Harm within the department.
• Establish and maintain workmanship and quality standards, investigate and correct process nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Support workforce planning, labor forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
