Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Downey, CA is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and orders, using our knowledge and teamwork. You will leverage product knowledge and friendly service to ensure customers find the right parts efficiently.

You will operate a cash register, navigate catalogs, and contribute to store processes while maintaining a professional appearance and service.

Qualifications

• Heavy-Duty Parts knowledge or experience is required.
• ASE Heavy-Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts cataloging and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs.
• Share knowledge about heavy-duty part features, benefits, and warranty info.
• Operate a cash register and navigate catalogs and systems.
