Job summary

DC Army National Guard in Summersville, WV is seeking a Horizontal Construction Engineer to operate bulldozers, roadgraders, and other heavy equipment for site prep and construction tasks.

You will level earth for runways and roadbeds, clear and excavate areas, transport heavy materials, and support combat engineer missions during training. This role combines military service with civilian construction skills and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read grade stakes and interpret layouts.
• Strong safety awareness.
