Job summary

STG Pacific LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to support civil and infrastructure projects. You will safely operate heavy equipment, perform excavation, grading and material handling, inspect and maintain equipment, and follow safety policies across diverse field locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, reading plans, and maintaining equipment in good condition. Candidates should have OSHA 30, 5 years’ experience, and a valid license; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Pass drug, driving, and background screenings.
• Experience with maintenance and knowledge of heavy equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and field personnel with daily construction activities.
• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other heavy equipment safely.
• Perform excavation, grading, loading, trenching, and material handling.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Read project plans and interpret grade stakes.
