Job summary

Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to safely operate heavy equipment and support daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects in Texas. This role requires attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork to help crews meet project timelines.

You will inspect machinery, perform routine maintenance, and follow site plans, grades, and supervisor directions while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil, site development, excavation, grading, or similar construction work strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and applicable equipment certifications preferred, where required.

• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Follow all company, project, and site-specific safety requirements.
