Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager for heavy civil construction in Nashville, TN. The role oversees projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and rigorous safety adherence.

Responsibilities include leading site activities, reviewing plans, developing schedules, and resolving issues proactively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret grading and utility plans, specs, and geotechnical data.
• Knowledge of earthwork and site utility project equipment and materials.
• Strong safety practices and OSHA guidelines knowledge.
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend client/sub meetings to capture project requirements.
• Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
• Inspect shop drawings and installations for conformance.
• Lead subcontractors and field supervision on site.
• Obtain permits and licenses as required; manage overall project
