The role requires experience reading grading and utility plans, managing field crews, and obtaining permits. You will lead site supervision, inspect drawings, and proactively solve challenges to ensure high-quality delivery within scope and schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials for earthwork and site utility projects.
• Strong aptitude in math and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to manage multiple personality types to lead crews.

Responsabilidades

• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to capture project requirements.
• Compare budgets and bid documents for alignment.
• Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations for design intent and contract documents.
• Lead subcontractors and supervision on the site.
