LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction in Nashville. The role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and safely by overseeing planning, execution, and coordination across crews, subs, and client interfaces.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of heavy civil PM experience, strong reading of plans and geotechnical data, and excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multiple personalities on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Knowledge of standard earthwork equipment and site utility projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong aptitude in math and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead crews and manage diverse personalities.

Responsabilités

• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to understand project requirements.
• Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations for design intent.
• Lead subcontractors and on-site supervision.
• Obtain permits and licenses, and secure access for projects.
• Lead in developing and maintaining the overall project schedule.
• Proactively anticipate problems and solve them efficiently.
• Understand quantity take-offs and evaluate cut/fill.
• Lead Field Superintendents on projects.
