Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction in Nashville, TN. The role oversees civil projects from cradle to grave, coordinating with clients and subs to ensure on-time, on-budget, and safe execution.

You will manage site plans, review drawings, lead subcontractors, obtain permits, and drive scheduling while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of heavy civil experience in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Knowledge of earthwork and site utility equipment and materials.
• Extensive knowledge of safety, OSHA guidelines, and construction best practices.
• Strong math aptitude and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead diverse crews.

Aufgaben

• Attend client/sub meetings to understand project requirements.
• Compare budget and bid documents for alignment.
• Develop site-specific project plans.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations for design intent and contract documents.
• Lead subcontractors and supervision on the site.
• Obtain permits and licenses and site access.
• Lead in developing, planning overall project schedule.
• Anticipate problems and be proactive in solving.
• Understand quantity take-offs and evaluate cut/fill.
• Lead Field Superintendents on projects.
