Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance.
