Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an Estimator to join our Texas team. You will analyze bids for heavy civil projects and manage full-cycle take-offs, pricing, and subcontractor coordination.

Experience on large ($50M+) projects and delivery-method diversity is required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil/Environmental Engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline, WinEst and MS Office, and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar degree.
• Experience estimating on large ($50M+ ) projects using multiple delivery methods.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline, WinEst, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare and review bids for heavy civil projects (earthwork, utilities, piping, bridges).
• Administer full cycle take-offs and pricing for assigned divisions, including 30-60% plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and engineers to discuss estimates and strategies.
• Review plans and specs for compliance and industry standards.
• Prepare sub-bid analyses and electronic estimates for management.
