Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in construction or civil/environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with all delivery methods: Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC and Design Build.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare and review bids for heavy civil projects (earthwork, utilities, piping).
• Administer full take-offs, pricing, subcontractor coordination, and bid submittals.
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor directories and use SmartBidNet.
• Prepare sub-bid analyses and electronic estimates for management planning.
