Qualifications

• Experience in all delivery methods: Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC and Design Build.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or similar).
• Experience with estimating software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline and WinEst.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare and review bids for heavy civil projects including earthwork and utilities.
• Administer full cycle take-offs and pricing for assigned divisions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and project teams to develop cost strategies.
• Review plans, specs and addenda for bid compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain vendor/subcontractor databases and bid submittals.
• Prepare electronic estimates and documentation for management planning.
