Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical concepts and reading blueprints.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Able to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Dependable and safety-conscious with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and assembles component parts, machined parts, and subassemblies.
• Uses hand, pneumatic, hydraulic tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Removes burrs and smooths parts as needed.
• Operates overhead cranes and forklifts to move parts and assemble large components.
• Performs adjustments, repairs, or setups under supervision as required.
• Documents work with check sheets and photographs; completes shipment forms.
• Supports lean activities and safety compliance; mentors others when needed.
