True Heating & Cooling in Westminster, CO is seeking a full-time Heating and Cooling Service Manager to lead our residential HVAC team. You will oversee a small crew of technicians, ensure top quality work, and drive daily progress.

Our Heating and Cooling Service Manager works from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and earns $80,000 - $200,000/year (based on qualifications and performance).

HEATING AND COOLING SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
