The role offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000 to $200,000 plus excellent benefits including health insurance, PTO, training, a 401k match, and a company van. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a focus on people development.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN HVAC FIELD OPERATIONS DIRECTOR?

In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, support and guide technicians and supervisors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. You will monitor performance, resolve field challenges, and drive improvements in productivity and execution, playing a key role in aligning field operations with company goals.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
