Qualificações

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues.
• Knowledge of electricity as it applies to HVAC systems, including wiring, controls, and safety practices.
• Experience with plumbing tasks related to HVAC equipment, such as condensate lines and piping connections.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• EPA certification (or eligibility to obtain) for handling refrigerants.
• Relevant technical training or apprenticeship in HVAC, mechanical, or building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, including rooftops and mechanical rooms, and to lift moderate loads.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site service work.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is based in Wilmington, DE. The technician will install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
