Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Service Technician role is based in San Diego, CA. The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and completing repairs or replacements of mechanical and electrical components. The role involves field service work at customer locations, detailed documentation of service activities, and clear communication of findings and recommendations. The Service Technician will also provide professional customer service, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for HVAC mechanical systems.
