Responsibilities

Design & optimize heat treatment cycles (carburizing, induction hardening, quenching, tempering) to meet specs.
Conduct metallurgical tests (hardness, tensile, microstructure) to ensure quality.
Operate and maintain furnaces and quenching systems; troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime.
Train and guide heat treatment operators and production supervisors for safe, efficient procedures.
