Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in heat treating, metallurgy, or manufacturing engineering; aerospace/automotive experience preferred.
• Soft skills: detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design & optimize heat treatment cycles (carburizing, induction hardening, quenching, tempering) to meet specs.
• Conduct metallurgical tests (hardness, tensile, microstructure) to ensure quality.
• Operate and maintain furnaces and quenching systems; troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime.
• Train and guide heat treatment operators and production supervisors for safe, efficient procedures.
