Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of thermal processing and mechanical properties.
• Experience in budget management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on furnaces.
• Train staff and manage HT processes.
• Lead CQI-9 audits and manage CAPEX budget.
