Jetson is hiring experienced HVAC Installers in Centennial, CO to replace aging gas equipment with heat pump systems. You’ll lead full installations, recover refrigerants, read schematics, and ensure a clean, compliant job site.

The role emphasizes high standards, strong communication with customers, and collaboration with engineers to improve processes. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HVACR licence required or in progress.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required or actively in progress.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a crew.
• Strong refrigerant handling skills and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing gas furnaces and AC and leaving the space clean and ready.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and accurate charging.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a proper start for the new install.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install and troubleshoot accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes before finishing each job.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and address questions on the spot.
