Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to identify startup challenges and training needs.
• Develop technical training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online modules.
• Research industry training materials to align with standards and customer needs.
• Organize training content for online learning platforms to improve accessibility.
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to identify failing components and evaluate replacements.
• Summarize internship outcomes and present findings to leadership.
