Job summary

Providence St. Vincent's Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator to support heart and vascular trials.

Under supervision of the Clinical Trials Manager, you'll coordinate regulatory activities, obtain informed consent, and ensure protocol adherence. Responsibilities include IRB submissions, screening and recruitment, timely case report forms, and coordination with investigators and sponsor representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare/science education/experience.
• Associate degree with related courses or 1 year healthcare experience.
• Driving may be necessary; provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 1 year experience in healthcare related field with strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain regulatory activities and IRB submissions.
• Screen and recruit study subjects and obtain informed consent.
• Ensure protocol adherence for required study procedures.
• Timely and accurate completion of case report forms and related study documentation.
• Coordinate study activities with Investigators, departments, staff and sponsor representatives.
• Maintenance of all study materials, products and documents per GCP.
