Job summary

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator for a full-time day schedule.

The role involves coordinating regulatory activities, IRB submissions, participant screening, informed consent, and ensuring protocol adherence under GCP guidelines. The position works under the supervision of the Clinical Trials Manager in a busy heart and vascular research program, with opportunities for growth and professional development within Providence’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree with healthcare, science or research coursework or equivalent education/experience
1 year healthcare-related experience or equivalent education/experience
Driving may be necessary; provide driver license and auto insurance upon request
Strong knowledge of medical terminology required

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain regulatory activities for clinical trials
Submit and report IRB activities and ongoing IRB reporting responsibilities
Screen and recruit study subjects and obtain informed consent
Ensure protocol adherence for required study procedures and CRF completion
Coordinate study activities with investigators, staff and sponsor representatives
Maintain study materials, documents and regulatory compliance per GCP
