Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field, or 3 years in a clinical/research setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new research systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison among clinical area managers, investigators, sponsors, and research staff to coordinate activities.
• Support startup and activation of new clinical studies, including scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate investigator, laboratory, and multidisciplinary meetings to support planning and collaboration.
• Maintain study documents, assist with IRB submissions, data management, and reporting.
