Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field, or 3 years in clinical/healthcare/research.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new research systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among cardiology researchers, investigators, sponsors and staff.
• Coordinate startup and activation of new clinical studies and ongoing study logistics.
• Schedule participants, visits, meetings, and manage study coordination tasks.
• Support regulatory, data management, and sponsor communications as needed.
