Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Virginia RN license or multi-state compact eligibility.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CCTC certification within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant/VAD evaluation, process and follow-up.
• Provide clinical leadership to care team members.
• Ensure safe, smooth transplantation logistics for donor and recipient.
