RWJBarnabas Health is recruiting a Procurement Transplant Coordinator (RN) for a day shift at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. The role focuses on evaluation of deceased donor offers, waitlist reviews, and donor-recipient matching. It requires licensure as an NJ RN, BLS, and strong EMR proficiency.

Clinical experience in M/S, ER, ICU or transplantation is preferred. Certification in CPTC/CCTC is a plus, with emphasis on coordinating organ offers and pre-transplant workflows. 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organ offers, procurement schedules and transport.
• Review donor information and communicate with transplant team.
• Assist in patient selection and post-transplant management.
