Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) for a full-time, permanent role in Indiana. The position offers a target base salary of $550,000–$650,000+ with wRVU incentives and a negotiable sign-on bonus.

In this role, you will manage comprehensive HF care across inpatient and outpatient settings, lead a clinical team, and collaborate with structural heart and EP services to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state registrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient heart failure management across consult services and clinic settings.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced heart failure.
• Manage remote monitoring and outpatient therapies, including implantable devices.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and right heart catheterizations.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure NPs/PAs within a collaborative practice model.
• Partner with Structural Heart teams, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rehab, and Palliative Care.
• Lead health system initiatives on readmission reduction, GDMT optimization, and quality metric tracking.
