Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Echo Technician to perform non-invasive cardiac ultrasound studies, including echo, TEE and stress echo. You will adjust technique for image quality and provide data to guide patient management, with responsibility across Maryville and Albany facilities.

Required are completion of an accredited Cardiac Ultrasound program and ARDMS/CCI RDCS or RDMS within 1½ years; BLS within 90 days. Travel between system facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Cardiac Ultrasound program.
• ARDMS or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies including TEE and stress echo.
• Analyzes data to provide comprehensive exam for physician review.
• Prepares preliminary report worksheet for physician.
• Assists patient assessment related to ultrasound procedure.
• Transports patients as needed between Maryville/Albany sites.
