Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Echo Technician to perform transthoracic echocardiograms and support cardiovascular care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

The role requires RDCS certification and prior echocardiography experience, with travel to facilities as assigned. The position offers full-time scheduling in Massachusetts, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits such as paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification required.
• Prior echocardiography experience required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) in accordance with established protocols.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by cardiology providers.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort and safety throughout testing.
• Identify and document anatomical and functional cardiac findings.
• Accurately document procedures and upload studies to designated systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned.
• Prolonged standing/sitting. Assisting with patient positioning. Operating diagnostic equipment. Lifting/moving patients.
