Job summary

Providence Swedish Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced scheduling specialist for the Heart Center Diagnostic Service areas, coordinating inpatient and outpatient procedures across Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Cardiology, EP Electrophysiology, ECHO, Vascular and ECG labs.

You will also schedule cardiology outreach appointments and outside clinic procedures, ensuring accurate patient data and smooth workflow across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course
• 2 years of general and specialized office duties
• Prior hospital or clinic experience
• 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular scheduling experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures in Cardiovascular labs (Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Cardiology, EP labs, ECHO lab, Vascular and ECG lab)
• Schedule Cardiology Outreach site appointments and physician consults
• Maintain accurate patient information and coordinated scheduling across sites
