Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center in Seattle is seeking a Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator to manage scheduling for inpatient and outpatient procedures across the Cath lab, IR, Nuclear Cardiology, EP, ECHO, Vascular and ECG labs.

You will also schedule cardiology outreach appointments and ensure accurate patient information, supporting physicians and clinics to maintain efficient workflow and patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course.
• 2 years of general and specialized office duties.
• Prior hospital or clinic experience.
• 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures across Cath labs and related labs.
• Schedule patient appointments for Cardiology Outreach sites.
• Ensure accurate patient information.
