Job summary

Providence Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle is seeking a patient access scheduler for the Heart Center Diagnostic Service areas, including Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Cardiology, EP lab, ECHO, Vascular and ECG labs. You will schedule procedures and cardiology outreach appointments at the main site and outreach clinics.

The role requires medical terminology training, 2 years of relevant office duties, hospital/clinic experience, and 1 year of cardiac/vascular scheduling; EPIC

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course.
• 2 years of general and specialized office duties.
• Prior hospital or clinic experience.
• 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures in the Heart Center Diagnostic Service areas (Cath lab, IR, Nuclear Cardiology, EP lab, ECHO, Vascular, ECG).
• Schedule patient appointments for Cardiology Outreach sites and external clinic locations.
• Maintain accurate patient information and coordinate with physicians and offices.
