Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking an experienced Scheduler for inpatient and outpatient cardiac procedures. You will coordinate Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Cardiology, EP lab, ECHO, Vascular and ECG scheduling, as well as Cardiology Outreach visits.

You’ll ensure accurate patient information and collaborate with physicians and offices to arrange timely procedures across multiple sites, including outside clinics.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical terminology course.
• 2 years of general and specialized office duties.
• Prior hospital or clinic experience.
• 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures in Cath lab and related Heart Center labs.
• Schedule Cardiology Outreach appointments and procedures at outside clinics.
• Ensure accurate patient information and coordinate with physicians and offices.
