Beltone in Rochester, MN seeks a Hearing Care Professional/Medical Device Sales professional to promote and sell hearing instruments. You will engage patients, educate them on hearing loss and the latest technology to improve their quality of life.

This role offers a base salary of $45,000–$60,000 with competitive commission, comprehensive benefits, and extensive training. Travel within the area is required, and teamwork is encouraged in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
