Beltone in Hibbing, MN and Virginia, MN is seeking a Hearing Care Professional/Medical Device Sales professional. This role combines patient-focused hearing solutions with direct sales responsibilities to promote and sell our hearing devices.

The position offers a base salary of $45,000–$60,000 with competitive commission, comprehensive benefits, and extensive training. Travel within the area is required to meet with clinics and patients, delivering outstanding service while achieving sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience, medical devices or healthcare a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel within the area and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Position Overview

As a Medical Device Sales Professional, you will promote and sell our hearing devices. This role involves directly engaging patients to deliver the best hearing solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach and significantly impacting patients' lives by providing them with state-of-the-art hearing technology.
