Job summary

Beltone in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or Audiologist to join America’s Best Hearing Care Retailer. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, recommend fittings, and educate patients while engaging with the community to grow Beltone’s network of care.

This role offers a salary potential of $75,000 to $100,000 with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• Active license to dispense hearing instruments in AZ or AuD with dispensing eligibility.
• Strong ability to educate patients about hearing health and services.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent patient care and service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Arizona OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
