Job summary

Cochlear is seeking an Engagement Manager in Orlando to drive B2C medical device sales across the North Florida and Orlando territory. The role focuses on applying complex sales techniques to achieve yearly revenue targets while nurturing candidates and professional partners.

The position requires up to 60% travel with overnights and weekends; Spanish is preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience are expected, with proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Work Experience.
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Current & valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with overnight stays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage candidates and professional partners; be Cochlear's product expert in the territory.
• Implement local consumer marketing and candidate nurture strategies.
• Manage mentoring volunteers and communicate with candidates via multiple channels.
• Demonstrate sales acumen to identify market opportunities and secure orders.
• Collaborate with B2B teams to educate schools and audiologists; support growth initiatives.
• Maintain territory expenses and contribute to quarterly strategic plans.
